Tongue Posture
A daily posture and awareness habit, not a medical intervention.
- Rest position: the whole tongue, including the back third, lightly suctioned to the palate.
- Tip sits just behind the upper incisors, not pressing against the teeth.
- Lips sealed.
- Teeth apart, or barely touching.
- Breathe through the nose.
Caveat: claims about structural change from tongue posture are strongest for childhood development. For adults, treat this as a posture and awareness practice — not a medical intervention.
